The Infection Prevention Society (IPS) audit is now freely available for all JAG registered services. There are two versions, one for the endoscopy environment and another for the decontamination environment. Both audit tools are available to download on our resources page. 

If there are recommendations the service should have a separate action plan which indicates progress and timelines to addressing these recommendations. For more information on this and the IHEEM audit, please read the FAQ here.
