Recruitment is now open for the JAG Training Centre and Course operational lead!
The Joint Advisory Group on GI Endoscopy (the JAG) wishes to appoint a JAG Training Centre and Course operational lead. JAG invites applications from persons interested in taking up an important role in supporting the further development of quality assurance for JAG-approved endoscopy training centres and courses.
The JAG training centre and course quality assurance lead will be responsible for quality assurance of JAG training centres, assessment of annual reviews and supporting the quality assurance of courses. The individual will work closely with the strategic RTC lead and the JAG team to provide leadership and coordination for the JAG-approved training centres. They will be responsible for leading on projects relevant to training centres and courses. They will act as a representative for the training centres so their concerns and expectations can be voiced to the JAG team and other relevant stakeholders.
The appointment is for 1 year in the first instance, with a possible extension of 1 year, funded at £3,500 per year and reimbursable to the successful candidate’s employer.
